1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Namma Clinic. By accessing or using our cloud based clinical administrative platform, applications, and features (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Namma Clinic provides an administrative operating engine designed to assist clinics, hospitals, and independent healthcare practitioners. Key features include digitized medical records management, automated appointment scheduling, prescription tracking, and billing workflows.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Namma Clinic is an administrative and organization software tool. We do not provide clinical advice, medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or direct healthcare services. Practitioners are solely responsible for all patient interactions, treatments, and clinical decisions made using tools hosted on the platform.
3. Accounts and Security
To access the Service, users must create a verified administrative account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login tokens, and role based access variables. You must immediately notify Namma Clinic of any unauthorized use or security breaches regarding your workspace credentials.
4. Data Governance & HIPAA Compliance
Our workspaces operate under strictly secure, HIPAA compliant standards. Patient information, clinical histories, and laboratory logs uploaded to Namma Clinic are encrypted in transit and at rest using 256 bit AES database standards.
Practitioners retaining subscriptions remain the "Data Owners" of all patient logs. Namma Clinic acts as the secure "Data Processor," hosting and protecting the databases. It is the practitioner's absolute responsibility to secure patient consent and comply with regional privacy regulations.
5. Acceptable Use Guidelines
Users agree not to exploit Namma Clinic's APIs, reverse-engineer proprietary Svelte scripts, deploy malicious network components, or use administrative panels to process unauthorized patient records. Violations of acceptable use will result in immediate workspace suspension and potential legal actions under regulatory boundaries.
6. Modification and Termination of Services
Namma Clinic reserves the right to optimize, update, or suspend backend elements of the platform to maintain high uptime standards. We will notify workspaces 30 days in advance regarding major feature removals or compliance updates.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall Namma Clinic, its parent entities, or affiliates be liable for database disruptions, loss of clinical data resulting from practitioner neglect, or indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform integration.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of your workspace integrations shall be settled in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
